FREE TESDA ONLINE COURSES 2025 (HIGH SCHOOL OR UNDERGRADUATE COLLEGE STUDENTS)

TESDA Online Program (TOP) is a web-based platform that offers free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for the technical education and skills development of the Filipino workers.

Through the use of information and communication technologies, the TOP provides an effective and efficient way to deliver technical-vocational education and training at the learner’s own space and time.

The TOP is available for blended learning through the Multi-Regional TESDA Online Program (MRTOP) offered by TESDA Technology Institutions (TTIs).

You can get hands-on training in real-world settings.

Some TESDA courses include practical skill training that requires you to attend classes IRL. This blended learning mode is available through the Multi-Regional TESDA Online Program (MRTOP) offered by TESDA Technology Institutions (TTIs). Here are some examples:

- Cookery NC II Courses: Master different types of dishes, cooking techniques, and kitchen management in fully equipped kitchens.
