Kiray Celis Admits She’s Not Ready for Marriage Yet


Manila, Philippines – Actress and entrepreneur Kiray Celis opened up about her relationship with Stephan Estopia, revealing that while her boyfriend feels ready to settle down, she is not yet prepared for marriage.

In an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” last March 12, Kiray clarified that she is not engaged and admitted to playfully pressuring Stephan about an ideal engagement ring.

“Sobra ko siyang pine-pressure. Sabi ko, ‘Gusto ko ganitong singsing, dapat ganito kamahal.’ Pero ngayon, narealize ko, ako pala talaga ‘yung hindi pa ready,” she confessed.

A Late Bloomer in Love?

Kiray initially thought her hesitation stemmed from prioritizing her family, but she later realized:

“Ngayon ko pa lang nafi-feel na parang—uy, ngayon pa lang ako nagdadalaga.”

Despite not rushing into marriage, Kiray described Stephan as the ‘right person’ for her, with the couple having gone public with their relationship in 2019.
